I am a senior .NET developer based in Rotterdam, focused on reliable backend systems, Sitecore, Azure, integration architecture and maintainable software. I have been building software professionally since 2007, with a long-running focus on C#, .NET, enterprise integrations and systems that other developers can confidently inherit.
I tend to work best where technical ownership matters: untangling unclear systems, designing API contracts, improving maintainability and helping teams move from fragile delivery to something more predictable. I like pragmatic architecture, readable code, clear boundaries and software that does not become a burden the moment the original developer leaves.
In recent years much of my work has been around recruitment platforms, Sitecore implementations, Azure integrations, OpenAPI contracts, internal dashboards, search behavior, data quality and production continuity. I have worked on systems for Brunel, Nutricia, KPN Netwerk NL, DFE Pharma, Fox-IT and Liones, often in roles where reliability, communication and careful handover mattered as much as writing code.
I am especially at home in backend and integration work. My strongest professional identity is as a .NET and Sitecore developer, but I also enjoy the product and ownership side of software: understanding why something exists, where the risks are, how users or colleagues depend on it and what decisions will still make sense after the deadline has passed.
I currently work on project-based placements through Dev Talents. That gives me the focus and continuity of being employed by one company, while still letting me contribute to client projects where experienced .NET, Sitecore, Azure and integration skills are needed. I am interested in placements where I can bring technical depth, calm ownership and practical delivery experience.
Outside the strict professional timeline, I am also proud of the path that led here: early hobby programming, academic projects, technical leadership during group assignments, graduation work and personal projects such as Agilo Cubing Journey. Those experiences shaped how I think about software, leadership, product ownership and making technical decisions other people can build on.
